Custom Design Process
We love creating jewellery that is made just for you. Whether you’re looking to redesign a piece you already own, repurpose a family heirloom, or bring a completely new idea to life, we’re here to help.
Our custom process starts with your ideas. You can bring in inspiration, photos, or a mood board and meet with us in person, or we can work with you through email.
From choosing the perfect stone to designing and creating the finished piece, we’ll work with you every step of the way.

Step 1: Design
Work with us to create a design based on your style, stone, budget, and timeline.
Step 2: Pick out the stone
Choose the centre stone and any additional stones for your piece.
Step 3: Wax or Resin
We 3D print a resin or hand craft a wax model for you to inspect.
Step 4: Approve the Design
Review the final design and make any necessary adjustments.
Step 5: Deposit & Production
Once you’re happy with the design, a 50% deposit is required before we begin production.
Step 6: Final Polish
Once complete, your piece is inspected, and ready for pickup or shipping.
