Whether you have a clear idea of what you want or you’re starting with just a few inspiration photos, we’ll help guide you through the process and create a piece that’s made specifically for you.
Step One: Choose Your Stone
The centre stone is often the starting point for a custom ring. We can help you find the right diamond or gemstone based on your style, budget and what matters most to you.
Diamonds
Diamonds come in a variety of shapes, sizes and qualities, and there can be a big difference in price between them. We’ll help you understand your options so you can choose a diamond that looks beautiful while staying within your budget.
Gemstones
A custom ring doesn’t have to have a diamond. Sapphires, rubies, emeralds, aquamarines, and other gemstones can make a beautiful and unique centre stone.

Step Two: Choose Your Ring Design
This is where your ideas start to come together.
Bring us photos, sketches, inspiration from Pinterest or Instagram, or even a picture of a ring you already love. We can use your inspiration to create a design that is unique to you.

You can also customize the details, such as adding diamonds to the band, incorporating different gemstones, changing the shape of the setting or creating a matching wedding band. There are no wrong ideas. We’ll work with you to create a design that fits your style, lifestyle and budget.
Step Three: Choose Your Metal
Your choice of metal can completely change the look of your ring.

If you’re not sure which metal is best, we can help you compare the options and find what works best for your design.
Step Four: Bring Your Design to Life
Once we have an idea of what you’re looking for, we’ll work with you to finalize the design. For many custom pieces, we can create a 3D design so you can see what your ring will look like before we begin production.
Once you're happy with the design, we require a 50% deposit to begin production. Your piece is then created, cast and finished by our team.
Step Five: Your Ring Is Ready
Once your ring is complete, we’ll give it a final inspection and make sure everything is looking its best. Your finished piece will be carefully packaged and ready for you to enjoy for years to come.
