A missing or loose gemstone doesn't necessarily mean your jewellery needs to be replaced.

We can inspect the setting, determine what caused the stone to become loose or fall out, and recommend the appropriate repair.
Loose Stones
If you can feel or hear your gemstone moving, it's important to have the setting inspected. Continuing to wear a ring with a loose stone can increase the risk of damage or losing the gemstone.

Missing Stones
If you've lost a gemstone, we can help you determine an appropriate replacement. Depending on the piece, we can source a diamond, gemstone or other suitable replacement.
